4 Ways to Identify Your Unique Cleaning Needs

Windows, Floors, Carpet. Sure, there are some commonalities when thinking about cleaning your workspace, but what makes your space unique?

Each building is different and we are happy to come and scout out the building to identify what you need, but there are things you can look for to identify any problem area before we even get there!

1. What is the layout of the office / building?

How many corners are there? Does a section get more or less light? Look at how your place of work is laid out in order to focus on what you need. Tons of glass, carpet, dog friendly, or high traffic areas are just some of the factors that can affect your service options and what is best for your office.

2. Do you have any special needs or allergies in the office?

Lemon or Lavender. That’s just one of the preferences people have when they clean. But sometimes, preferences are more like necessities. Using the proper cleaner on your computer monitor so you don’t break out and making sure you don’t have an unpleasant “clean” smell at your desk. We can work with your staff to make sure their individual requirements are met.

3. How many employees do you have and what are the work hours?

Are you a night owl or a 9-5 type of company? Are you small or large? These factors can contribute to other companies missing the mark. We however will look at when is the best time to come in and develop a schedule to ensure it appears to be magic when you come in and see a spotless work area.

4. What is decor of the office?

This may sound strange, but it matters how your office is setup. Do people have a lot of knick-knacks? Awards? Photos? Are there special items we need to really keep in mind when we are in cleaning? Think about the office as a whole and how much time it would take to move each individual piece. We don’t mess around and are ready to dust under every pen cup, stapler and photograph.
